These goggles are uncomfortable awkward, and fog up easily... Though the adjustable headband is a plus, the ill-fitting nosepiece leaves marks on my face. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I know these goggles fail to protect from flying debris. Save your MONEY and look for a different product..
