The zip ties arrived well packaged and were easy to use. They aren't as durable as some others but they're also not pretending to be something that they aren't. Only actual complaint, and the reason for the downgraded stars, is how far back the teeth start on the 4" ties. Because they start so far from the end I wasn't able to use them for half of my project like I expected and had to purchase other ties. It would be nice if min and max diameter were listed on the product page to prevent this from impacting others.
