The extra fabric around the waist reduces the chance of exposing a whale tail. The rayon/bamboo fabric is soft and absorbs enough moisture. Pouch isn’t super spacious, so better for growers rather than show’ers.Thongs are underwear where you need it. I haven’t had a swamp bottom even when running on a hot day. These are among the best.Asian sizing so I buy XL instead of M. I wear 34 jeans, and my waist measures 37.5 with a tape.
