Based on my observations this dress is perfect for a summer wedding or any special occasion. The ruffled hem adds a playful element, while the flowy fabric keeps you comfortable. The fit is true to size and the colors are vibrant. The only downside is that it may be too short for taller women. Nonetheless, overall it`s a great find! Pros: Flirty, fun, comfortable...
