Update: they got back to me and things have been going smooth so far. They are looking for the part to replace. When it comes, I'll update again to 5 star!Old: Had an issue with the faucet head and trying to contact customer service. Can't find contact info, went to manufacture website and the "contact us" doesn't submit anything or give contact info. Garbage.
