I have Raynaud's syndrome and have had a lot of struggles with losing circulation to my fingers and toes. I tried them on their own and they help fairly well. And then because my boots have ample room after taking the original insoles out I put these over a pair of wool insoles. They are easy to remove for drying and easy to put back in. The quilting style of them seem to keep these durable. Be aware they have to be trimmed to fit. I found that using the boots original insoles to see which lines to cut on works the best. Also these have no arch support at all.
