I bought 2 dresses for both my girls. One is 1yr old and I ordered a 2t-3t fits PERFECT! She’s a little chunky baby so it’s perfect.My other daughter is 3 so I ordered a 4t-5t it fits perfect on the top part but it is definitely too SHORT it’s way above her knee. Definitely not good for toddlers maybe just for Up to 2 year olds. Seems like the tule used for the smaller one is the same size in length as the bigger size all they added was stretchiness around the waistline to make it fit. Overall I was satisfied with the 2t dress but not the 4t (too short)
