UPDATED REVIEW: July 12. I just bumped them up to a 4 star review purely for the reason of the Customer Support.I returned and was refunded the original purchase, and Vanmass Customer Support reached out to me to help me with the product.The product just did not work for me. I did not want it on the window due to sun exposure and the disk for the suction cup just did not stick to my slightly curved surface of my car.But their Customer Support Team is amazing!I did not want it on my window, because the paperwork said heat could jeopardize the suction ability, and since we are in Summer with 95 degree heat, I opted for the dashboard mount with with the adhesive disk.I followed the instructions to the letter; cleaned area with included wipe, held adhesive disk down with pressure for 1 minute. I even waited 3 days before placing the suction cup onto the disk that I thought was adhered to my dashboard.The minute I put the suction with phone mount onto the disk, the disk fell off the dashboard. The disk did not adhere to the dashboard at all.Then, I was unable to remove the suction cup from the disk!So I returned it and will try a cup holder type of phone holder.
