Very good quality best in my review
It's not too sturdy like some other pads I've used.
I put it under sinks to lay on when plumbing and it helps cushion the shoulders and back, yet it's just the same as the one's at the gym I've used for training.
- Great tool for personal training-stability training
- Can be difficult to clean
