I bought these socks to wear during the summer as I knew they were thin. I seldom wear them. But when I do during hot weather, I appreciate them. I purchased them around October 2017. It is now the summer of 2022. I just discovered all 12 pairs of socks are very brittle around the tops of the socks. It appears the elastic has become brittle. I will need to clear them out of my drawer as I no longer have use for them. I hope the manufacturer has changed the formulation for the elastic since I last purchased them.
