For the price, these feel solid and well built. Night and day compared to flimsy gas station shades I've had. The lens are in fact polarized. I thought the lens clarity was better on my girlfriend's Goodr shades in a side-by-side but I had zero issues with these. I was able to bend the temple legs to better fit my head and around my ears. The metal body scratched easier than i would have liked but so far lens are fine.The company has been awesome! Rather than return anything to amazon I worked directly with Sungait. They got replacements to me right away and even let me keep the original pair I ordered!
