Update: Seller saw this review and quickly sent a replacement. Thanks! Glad to change my review. 4 stars for clean simple looks and very quite motor, 1 more star if it lasts more than 2 years.This was my favorite winder, the wood is pretty, very simple, was working great. Ordered in August 2018, dead as of today. Now it’s just a display case with a cord.
