Different plug than all other vests.
The power cable from the vest will not plug into a USB port, it has a 4.mm plug instead of a USB plug like my wife's and coworkers vests, which negates the ability to use other USB power packs as a backup. Not sure why it is different, perhaps the vendor could replace it.
- Wish the battery lasted longer
- The heating element may emit an unpleasant smell while in use
