Hello I bought this for the purpose of doing hip thrusts and it’s the best one I’ve ever used so far I’m currently hip thrusting 405lbs for 10+ reps and I’mHaving no pain from the weight sinking into my hips it’s also very wide so anyone can do hip thrusts with it
