Great product poor parts
This is a great product however the T shaped coupler included was of poor design and poor fit according to plumber. He had to go to plumbing supply to replace part. I do not recommend installing without using a professional. As for its function, heft and operation it is a game changer at the sink. It’s more useful than my soap dispenser which is what it replaced. I use multiple times a day especially when making espresso and breakfast in mornings. It saves me from making messes and using multiple glasses.
