GOOD QUALITY Workout bands!
Arrived right on time! I use these with my bar-band workout at home. I like how thick the bands are, especially the Black one which I use more than the Red one.I really put it to the test too!
- Very high quality and are a staple in my warm up routine. Must have in your gym bag
- The Velcro fastening system is not very secure, causing the brace to slip and slide during workouts
