The cooler was purchased together with the IRU Home 223 system unit on AMD Ryzen 3 3100 (65 W). After the test, it was decided to dismantle the cooler and examine the quality of the installation. It turned out that serious skill, courage and physical strength are required to remove the cooler, and most importantly, that the design allows for a curved installation.
Despite its solid dimensions, impressive appearance, airflow around the socket and the copper pad, the cooler performed poorly under load. Installation and dismantling were also not pleased with the convenience. During installation, I recommend to bait the plastic brackets of the motherboard, disconnect the fan from the radiator so that it does not interfere, attach the radiator spring to the hooks, center the radiator, tighten the screws of the brackets, avoiding distortions, and then return the fan to its place - fortunately, the screw mount allows you to do this without problems . When dismantling, proceed in reverse order, starting with dismantling the fan and ending with throwing it into the trash and buying an adequate cooler.

On OCCT 7, the processor temperature reaches 94-95 degrees in a couple of minutes. I did not dare to conduct a stress test for more than five minutes. During disassembly, the following was found: the thermal paste is white and applied abundantly (I do not exclude KPT-8), the round pad is not located in the center (the cooler design allows this) and covers hardly a third of the area of the processor's heat-removing cover. Replacing the thermal paste, as well as centering the heatsink did not improve the situation. I decide to replace the cooler as soon as possible. Installation, and especially dismantling of the cooler is terribly inconvenient. It takes effort that really makes you fear damaging the motherboard. In the end, when dismantling, I decided to unscrew the regular plastic bracket from the back plate, since the asymmetrical installation opened access for a screwdriver.
