Received Error Code from Day One
Installed easy but getting error code that isn’t documented in manual or online (they just refer you to the manual). Reached out to customer support with Genie 2 weeks ago and no fix yet.
- Includes 140 volt belt drive garage door opener for 7 foot high doors, 2 3-button preprogrammed garage door opener remotes, wireless keyless keypad, wall control with light button and vacation lock, safety sensors, hardware, batteries, detailed installation instructions and owners manual
- The Genie SilentMax 1000 opener is not compatible with all types of garage door tracks
