The lock is fine. It's extremely user friendly and is exactly the style I needed since I've used this type of bike lock regularly over the years. But here's what I really loved about this product. It comes with, of course instructions, but also a business card that says (1) "If you find this product does not meet your expectation, let us know and a refund is on its way," and (2) "If there is any problems (sic) with the product, contact us and a free replacement is on its way." (Having said that, I've had no reason to contact the company, but they make me feel like if needed, there would be no hassle. I hope it's true!)
