After I put it to the test during a rainy hike, I was impressed by the unbeatable waterproof qualities of this detachable outdoor garment .Not only did it keep me dry throughout the journey but the detachable feature made it easy to regulate my body temperature as I hiked up and down hills. The only downside is that it's a bit bulky to pack, but I wouldn't let that deter ME from bringing it on future outdoor adventures..
