A little bit dented. Easy to fix with a block of wood, hammer and patience. As many people have said-DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE BOLTS! I repeat DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE BOLTS. Just tighten them until snug. Don’t give them that "extra quarter turn.” They are not required to be tight for this product to be structurally sound. Other than that, Gridmann has good products at a very good price. I think you get a little more than you pay for. I’ve ordered 5 items from them and have been very satisfied. Too bad they’re made in China as I tend to move away from Chinese products when I can.
