I purchased the hot & cold pack and they are working out great! I have a chronic shoulder injury that flares up occasionally, the ability to use the packs for both hot and cold is a really nice feature. It came in a 2 pack, which allows me to keep one in my freezer and one out that I can warm in the microwave. The material the packs are made of are really nice and soft and it has very good stitch work, seems very durable. I've also found the ice pack to help when I have migraines. The material is flexible, not rigid and is comfortable to wear or have on your head or neck when laying down. I'll definitely be purchasing more of their products!
