My husband likes to keep the sun off his skin when he is on all day fishing trips. That being said, if he wears something too dark, it attracts the heat and he is miserable and overheated. This blue long sleeve spf hoodie worked great for his fishing trip in 90+ degree heat. The blue is light enough to not get really hot but doesn't show dirt the way that white would. It doesn't appear transparent and fits him great.He is 6'1", slender athletic build, about 170 lbs. He got a size medium.
