I'm 5'3" and lately fluctuate between 170 and 185 due to illness and medications. I ordered the large, though a medium used to be a good call for me. The large is a perfect fit for me. The fabric is so comfortable, and gentle on the skin (lightweight too!). I seem to have an issue with that, so it's important to me. Most fabrics itch lately, so this one seems perfect. The design also has an elegant appearance, and seems durable compared to shirts I've bought at Wal-Mart, Target, or Kohl's.
