Won’t stay locked when extended.
This extends, but the collar won’t lock. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I tried and tried to get it to work. Then I found a different brand at Hone Depot. It extended and locked easily and firmly on the first try. So I bought the one from Home Depot, and I will throw this one away.
- The pole is designed with safety features that prevent it from slipping or falling while in use
- The plastic handle is prone to chipping or cracking
