I wanted to see how these would stand up to every day use. I washed them in the dishwasher and after baking a pizza, I cut the pizza on the pizza pan with a pizza wheel cutter. The run through the dishwasher was fine. The pans did not warp, discolor or any other bad thing. After cutting the pizza, the pan did have faint marks from the pizza cutter. I'm not going to baby these pans. These will be great pans for years to come.
