Various positive aspects: the line is even, a variety of ornamental stitches are available, the pedal moves well, it is very convenient to adjust and you don't need to modify it, and it has the amazing functionality that is required for sewing. Some cons: When I was sewing the zigzag holes in the jeans, the thread occasionally got caught in the shuttle, or "gave it away," as the phrase goes. I'm not sure why this happened; perhaps I didn't adjust the fit correctly, or perhaps it was something else. I can't say for sure that it wasn't my fault; only time will tell. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything turns out okay.
