Just received- puts together quickly. Easy to assemble. The cross bar is a bit high for me to got my leg over to get on the bike. I use a small foot stool to aid in getting on the bike. I have the tension set all the way up. Pedals very easily. Haven’t really used the arm exercises bands yet. But did give them a brief try, they too do not give much resistance. I purchased it to start out easy and work up to harder levels. I didn’t want to pay a large amount of money, then find out I wouldn’t stick with exercising. I think this will be a perfect bike to allow me to get into an exercise regimen. I hope to start on real bikes in the spring.
