I got this because it is cotton, so hard to find. I'm happy to find that it is actually cotton and not just claimed to be which happens often. I think the color is as expected. The top half of it is really nice. The bottom half is not as nice but works. It is not as long and slim as it apoears in the model photos to me. I'm 5'9, 106lbs, get medium to account for my long waist, because I don't like form fitting, and possible shrinkage. It did get shorter in the dryer and the bottom of it flares out wide on the side which I always hate. On a long underweight girl like me the flare comes too short for my hips and just sticks out awkwardly. You have to wear it with higher waisted pants to tuck in some of it and I dont do high waisted pants mostly. I have ways to make it work but can't wear it with many things. If you are short you'll be fine I think. It is well made and a good thickness. I recommend.
