Different Quality for Different Sizes
Purchased the XS in June and the Small the other day. I'm impressed with the quality of the XS but the small seems to be of a lesser quality with thin fabric and edging is a cheap reflective type material. It also only has 1 waist buckle where the XS has 2 buckles. Time will tell how it holds up.
- A little hard to get on a squirming puppy but once you get it on it works great.
- The leash may not have enough length for dogs who love to wander
