Great customer service! But felt needs to be added to the bottom of the pieces before shipment.

Doesn't come with any felt in the bottom of the pieces not do they include any for you to put on (which is not preferable). It feels like moving class on glass when you slide a piece. If a piece isn't totally flat without felt it'll have a slight Rick to it. They did refund it with no problem! Great customer service!
