One of the best offers, glad I bought it.

Different pros:
Fast-dissolving tablets of 10 mg. In fact, half or even a quarter of the tablet helps to fall asleep. After evening workouts, especially if you use pre-workout with caffeine, that's it.
Cons below:
A large jar, and the tablets are at the bottom, but there are 60 of them. Over time, it becomes difficult to fall asleep without them. So I don't recommend getting involved.
