Doesn’t taste appealing straight but I take it straight regardless. What I do is have some honey at the ready. Take the bso then honey immediately after which works well and eliminates aftertaste.Noticed much better sleep first night. Skin cleared up very soon. I had some joint pain which I just accepted as somewhat normal from working out but since I’ve been taking the BSO there is no more joint pain. I’ve noticed a very real improvement in short term memory.
