I'm updating my review after using it for 1.5 years. By buying a new mouse, the keyboard/mouse compatibility problem has been fixed. Many bugs were found during use. 1) The G-HUB control program takes a very long time to load. 2) At other occasions, restarting or reinstalling G-HUB do not fix the backlight disappearance, which may last for several hours or days. 3) When the computer boots up, CAPSLOCK may or may not be on. 4) The computer's default backlight occasionally comes on for a brief period of time, occasionally my settings (after launching G-HUB), and occasionally it doesn't come on at all. 5) Letters were frequently skipped. On the other hand, occasionally it prints three of the same one in a row. 6) G-HUB no longer distinguishes between different illumination zones; everything is now only one color. There are many new features that make G-HUB increasingly difficult to understand, no instructions can be found, and YouTube setup tutorials frequently display an entirely different application interface. 7) If the service was contacted by mail 1.5 years ago, it does not exist today. The appeal is rejected. Support has vanished.
