I was surprised that my orders (note the plural) were shipped immediately. The ornaments were nicely packaged in small brown boxes ready to wrap or place a ribbon on. Color and design on point in bright, merry colors perfect for Christmas. Personalization script was impeccable: letters clear and crisp for each name. Truly quality work. Perfect for my gnome theme this year. I am sure the ornaments will be a family favorite. Would definitely buy again from this seller in future.
