I bought two sets of these hinges and latch assemblies for two Vinyl deck gates and am extremely happy with each set up. I did however remove the spring pin as I didn't want the gates to auto close. However, to reattach the auto close, I just have to use the tension spring adjusting bar supplied and reinstall the pin I removed to set spring closing pressure. It's a very simple process and adjusts one notch at a time to get desired closing force.

Stainless and powder coated so no rust. Heavy duty, easy to install and two full sets of screws.
