Finally, my hands aren't slipping!
I have used the mat towel and hand towel in my last two power yoga classes, and they have helped my practice tremendously. I no longer spend so much mental and physical energy trying to keep my hands from slipping around on my mat. This is a much better solution than many of the yoga gloves I have tried. The mat towel does not slip when the underside is sprayed lightly with water beforehand, just as stated in the instructions.
