This soldering iron claims to be for industrial and scientific use, but it falls far short of that... As my tests showed, it has a very weak heating element and the tip does not stay hot for very long. This makes it difficult to use for any serious industrial work. The only positive is that it is lightweight, but that doesn't mean much when it can't do the job it's meant to do. Save your money and invest in a better brand..
