Might’ve been used before but gets the job done.
Package came sealed but zip tie holding everything together was cut and still in the box, no instructions or plastic wrapping or anything. Just the ripped paper containing a QR code. Hard small wheel so works very well for solid/flat surfaces. Measures in ft/in so works well for roundabout measurements in USA standard, not so much of you need more specific measurements or meters. Does what it’s supposed to do. Best? No. Worst? No. Worth it? Sure, if you need one quick that does as described above.
