It was so dificult choosing a size to order so I am going to be very specific. I weigh 140 and have very small frame and small arns. I am 5'6'. I normally wear an 8. Reading the reviews I ordered a 10. An 8 would have been perfect. I love the jacket. I bought it for snorkeling in Costa Maya, Belize and Roatan. It was the perfect weight. I could swim very easily and I was comfortable in 79 degree water. It is beautiful and a bargain at $30. I had to hold it down around my hips but an 8 would have fit tighter. I'm seriously considering ordering another one in 8 because I like it so much but this one got well enough to use.
