This tenderizer works great
So far only used it once, but I was surprised how easy it was to pierce the meat, and cleaning was no problem with a good brush to get between the blades. The meat was very tender. Be aware, these things are pointy sharp, so be careful. I love this thing. Definitely would recommend.
