Keeps me cool on long rides

This helmet liner lives up to its promise of wicking away sweat while also providing a cooling effect .I love how it fits snugly on my head without slipping during high-intensity rides. The liner is easy to wash and dries quickly, making it the perfect addition to my sports and outdoors gear. The only downside is that it doesn't work AS well on extremely hot days..
