Very fun and well-performing machine. It works well for the little 2ish inch plush bundles they sell in related items, as well as little candies (think bubble gum, suckers.etc.) and now halloween toys and knick knacks. The problem I have with this product has been echoed by other reviewers many times: the music is extremely loud, especially if you have a normal or quiet environment (It tends to scare off people that want to play because the noise is a bit too much.)What I ended up doing which worked fairly well, was I unscrewed the bottom screws, set them aside then carefully pulled the two halves apart keeping the cords attached. I identified the speaker on the bottom right corner, unscrewed its little washer/screw mounting system, then I cut a piece of dense black packing foam (think for high quality electronics) and placed that under the speaker, then screwed the mounting brackets back in, sandwiching the foam between the speaker and the plastic bottom. When I tested it, the sound was dramatically reduced. For good measure, I cut out another piece of thin foam and taped it to the outside of the bottom of the case where the speaker was over for good measure. Voila! A much quieter device, no soldering or wire cutting needed.
