complete fail in my review

This is a nice item, until it fails to work. My 9 yo tested this in the tub first and then took it to a little fresh water pond- after running it for some time and retrieving the boat there was water inside. and failed to work there after. This was a complete waste of money and would love to return this item for my money back. Very disappointed child and really annoyed parent.
