I bought a non-zip shirt, and the quarter zip version. I'm 6'4", 215 lbs, and the XL shirts fit great. I like the deep hoods, and the thumb holes are positioned well. I've worn these shirts for multiple days on a canoe camping trip, which included a lot of activity, and wearing them while swimming. I've worn them at the beach as well, including swimming in them. I haven't seen any rips or tears or loose threads.I also bought a couple of the Willit shirts in XL, and those weren't quite as nice. The sleeves were too shirt and the hoods are very shallow (barely reaches my forehead). Stick with the Safort.
