I absolutely LOVED this umbrella. Perfect size, perfect color! When this umbrella was assembled someone riveted the the pulley on, with the rope going "under” the pulley instead of "over” the pulley as it should. It left the rope to rub on the sharp edge as it cranked up and down. I emailed the company as the instructions ask you to do, if there were any issues. They never responded. I was hoping there was an easy fix. Now, I’m having to return my beautiful umbrella, reorder the umbrella, and wait WEEKS for a new one. I also ordered the extra protection plan this time. Had the company got back to me and worked it out, I would have given this 5 stars. It’s upsetting that I have to wait so long for another umbrella to come. The reason I recorded it, instead of just exchanging it, is because I wanted to add the protection plan. That could have also maybe been worked out with the company if they had responded to me. I’ll write another review when the next one arrives.
