This so-called "industrial and scientific" silicone utensil was a complete disappointment. It felt cheap and flimsy in my hand and the heat resistance was questionable at best. The one positive was the attractive design, but that's hardly enough to make up for its poor performance... Save yourself the frustration and invest in a sturdier set of kitchen tools..
