You just can't go wrong with iSpring. I've purchased two R/O units, two faucets, and dozens of filters from them, and while their prices are awesome, their service is over the top- real, old-fashioned, American-English-speaking customer service in which the customer is, indeed, always right. I've contacted them a few times to buy replacement parts, and they sent the parts for free! When I have a question, they know exactly what I'm talking about, and always have the right answer. On the first call. Without putting me on hold. Not sure why a previous reviewer gave it one star when he clearly states a rust problem was caused by the sink. In 20+ years, I've never had a spot of rust on any of it. Easy to install. Easy to keep clean. Nice design. Great prices. Awesome service. I highly recommend.
