These don't stay cold forever but my husband works in the heat all day he said they cool him down just a little big but he uses them everyday have to soak with cold water he said they stay cool about 30 minutes or so

- not quite what I expected but cools us down. I would recommend.
Минусы
- It may not be machine washable, requiring a lot of time and effort to clean
