need the whole alphabet. Can't make our name's

Didn't come with any instructions like it says. The whole alphabet isn't here and there's 2 different types of alphabet beads. Both put together still doesn't have all the alphabet. The box is kinda flimsy. Don't get me wrong I do like the kit just for the price you would think you'd get the whole alphabet. I can't even spell any of our names with the kit. So font need the alphabet beads if I can't use them for what I need.
